Jeanne Colvin is a HR Development & Education Consultant and has over 20 years experience as a Group Learning & Development Manager. Jeanne has worked for Aer Lingus, Gateway 2000, Sonopress Ireland, Iona National Airways and Brendan Tours in New York. She has also been a Sales & Marketing Manager for 8 yrs. Jeanne is especially experienced in L&D interventions for call centre employees, team leaders, supervisors and managers. She has designed Customer Care programmes that have yielded great benefits to the organizations she has worked with. Jeanne sits on interview panels as an external interviewer for organisations such as Sonopress Irl Ltd (Bertelsmann), Pointer Control Systems etc. She is particularly strong as a change catalyst and in getting people to buy into new ways of doing things. She has a particular passion for tutoring/training participants who are responsible for developing others. Jeanne completed her Certificate and Graduate Diplomas in T&D with the Institute of Commercial Management. She also completed her Masters in Education with the University of Sheffield, by distance learning with first class honours. She is a facilitator and evaluator on Management and Talent Development Centre Programmes for the daa, AIB Capital Markets, Dell Computers, Bristol Myers Squibb etc. She provides 1-1 individual coaching for managers of all levels.
